We are seeking a Key Customer Manager for our Business Assurance North America group. This role involves leading business development for new key customers, building relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

This position covers the entire range of our products and services, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth. It requires collaboration with multiple teams and sometimes achieving results through others.

This role is 100% remote within Canada.

What You'll Do

  1. Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to understand customer needs deeply.
  2. Understand the needs and challenges of the key customer, including organizational structure, geography, and culture.
  3. Coordinate business development and sales initiatives across DNV units related to key customers.
  4. Contribute to the design and rollout of new services and sales strategies.
  5. Act as a trusted partner and be responsible for the growth of key customer relationships.
  6. Collaborate with various sales and industry teams to meet business goals.
  7. Achieve sales objectives within designated strategic accounts.
  8. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market conditions.
  10. Work with project managers and account officers to assess contractual obligations and customer needs.
  11. Apply pricing, discount, and contractual terms according to company policies.
  12. Maintain and update customer business plans.
