Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Montreal-based sales and marketing professional to plan, develop, and implement activities that grow market share in key accounts. The role directs strategic planning, budgets, and field activities, with a focus on promoting products, pricing, and new listings.

Remote work is supported, with travel up to 25% as needed. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years managing key accounts in CPG, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and analytic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Management, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track the annual customer business plan.
• Develop the annual budget with Sales Director and create annual building blocks.
• Update budget via quarterly forecast process.
• Track risks and opportunities via R&O tracker.
• Leverage retailer relationships to expand opportunities.
• Analyze consumer/trader trends and design strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of retailer operations and needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews to achieve growth targets.
