Job summary

Moe’s in Vancouver is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Product Data Coordinator to manage product setup, maintain accurate listings, and support data distribution with Wayfair US and Canada. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches and data accuracy across digital platforms.

Proficiency in Excel and data management, plus a keen eye for quality and an interest in AI tools, will help streamline workflows and support business growth in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product setup and SKU onboarding for Wayfair and key accounts.
• Maintain product information, imagery, and assets across platforms.
• Prepare setup templates and manage data submissions.
• Audit product data, imagery, inventory, and content accuracy.
• Coordinate retailer-specific data requirements and compliance docs.
• Process pricing updates across retail platforms.
• Monitor listing status and address submission errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.
• Maintain setup trackers and support key account reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and workflows.
