We are a family-run company and aim to maintain this as we continue to rapidly grow. We're entrepreneurial. We challenge the status quo, aren't afraid to try new ideas, and we leverage our agile structure to make smart decisions and find new opportunities.

We're a people-first company and what we do wouldn't be possible without our customers. For this reason, we like to say that our collections are always customer curated. Join our flexible work culture and team of creative and passionate individuals.

Reporting directly to the Product Development and Sourcing Manager, the Product Co-ordinator is the steward of product data at Moe's Home Collection, ensuring every SKU moves from development to market with complete, accurate, and consistent information. Working across Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, PO, Sales, and National Accounts, this role validates product data against the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar, resolves discrepancies at the source, and delivers reliable information to internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly data-oriented and takes pride in accuracy. You're exceptionally organized, comfortable managing a high volume of detail across multiple seasons and deadlines, and proactive about identifying and resolving inconsistencies to keep product information structured, traceable, and on time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process and conduct final reviews of TOF and Product Data forms, securing Product Developer sign-off and ensuring information is complete and accurate.
  • Own the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of Line Sheet and website product information.
  • Review product diagrams and assembly instructions for accuracy and timely completion in alignment with the GTM calendar.
  • Own swatch TOFs, coding, and data accuracy, including securing seasonal swatches from factories and supporting National Accounts with buyer swatch requirements.
  • Oversee the swatch and material library, ensuring materials are properly maintained, organized, and rotated.
  • Support the Product Development team with marketplace research and cost analysis in alignment with the GTM calendar.
  • Work within Qarma to maintain accurate seasonal SKU information.
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal product plans through accurate data consolidation.
  • Coordinate product-related activities and deliverables according to established timelines and the GTM calendar.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Moe's brand and visual guidelines, applying them consistently across product information and materials.
  • Manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted based on evolving business needs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence working with digital tools and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Solutions-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of detailed information across multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Multilingual communication skills are considered an asset, with Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese preferred.
  • Experience in the furniture, fashion, or consumer goods industry is considered an asset.
WHAT WE OFFER:
