• Drive sales growth by monitoring product performance, stock levels, and store needs.
• Support expanding business opportunities within existing accounts and identifying new key accounts.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are properly merchandised according to brand guidelines.
• Maintain planogram compliance, accurate shelf tagging, and attractive product displays.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional placements, and report insights to management.
• Ensure product freshness and rotation (FIFO), resolving issues with store teams.
• Assist the Tele sales team in generating retail sales leads and capturing market insights.
• Collect field data related to customer demand, competitor trends, and product feedback.
• Coordinate with stores and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
