Your new role will be
The Key Account Manager – Oil and Gas will oversee and grow relationships with critical clients in the oil and gas sector. They will further develop the sales and marketing of Compressor Technique Service (CTS) to an assigned account base in collaboration with the existing sales department and become the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and delivering value-based solutions. Focus will be on the growth of Service products in line with the divisional targets with the ambition towards 100% customer share and sustainable profitability.
The Key Accounts Manager – Oil and Gas reports to the Business Line Manager, CTS Sales and Marketing and will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, technical, finance, logistics, etc.
This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta.

Proven track record (5+ years) of success in sales and account management in the oil and gas industry, with experience in the compressed air industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent through experience.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas, with a strong focus on revenue generation.
Deep knowledge of oil and gas products, services, and operations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and create data-driven sales strategies
***This role requires up to 25% domestic travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support key account activities.
