The Salvation Army is hiring a temporary full‑time Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator in Canada. You will promote and oversee kettle locations, coordinate volunteer staffing, handle daily kettle logistics, and ensure donations are secure.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites across Foothills and High River. Shifts include days, evenings and weekends with a 40-hour work week.

The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is part of a century old tradition to contribute towards building strong communities by helping TSA to give hope to other. The Christmas Kettle Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing the organization and monitoring of Christmas Kettle Campaign activities. They will also ensure adequate staffing is met prior to and during each shift.
This is a temporary full-time position based on 40 hours per week. Kettle Campaign normal hours of operation 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Shifts will include days, afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts, and split shifts, Monday through Saturday. Applicable shifts include a ½ hour unpaid meal break. Flexibility in scheduling is required. Supervisor will set the hours of work and work schedule. Required to wear appropriate Salvation Army identification. Travel is associated with this position.
The target hiring range for this position is $18.50 to $23.13 with a maximum of $27.76. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
