The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is a short-term contract position. The incumbent oversees several kettle locations in a given zone, typically within shopping malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets.
Hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm (35 hours per week) with needed flexibility as the campaign starts November 12, 2026. The role requires supervising kettle workers, recruiting volunteers, coordinating site operations, and ensuring secure donations.

Kettle Coordinator II position is a short-term contract position. The incumbent is responsible for oversight of several Christmas Kettle locations in a given geographical zone area. Zone locations include shopping malls, grocery stores and retail outlets.
Hours are typically 8:30am to 4:00pm (35 hours per week), but flexibility is needed once the Kettle Campaign commences November 12, 2026.
Working environment is typically an office environment.
Travel within city may be required.
This is a temporary position. Weekly schedule will start at 8:30am to 4:00pm for 35 hours per week. (Hours of work and work schedule may vary as per the operational requirements. Flexibility in work schedule is required, as work hours will gradually increase to meet the Christmas Kettle Campaign operational requirements. Shifts will include days, afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts and split shifts, Monday through Saturday)
Alternative combination of education and Experience may be considered.
The target hiring range for this position is $18.50 to $23.13 with a maximum of $27.76.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
