Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking Full-Time Truck Team Members to operate junk trucks, interact with customers, and perform labor tasks. Training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities across GTA locations and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Team members enjoy a structured schedule, regular pay, and a profit-sharing style bonus. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude while delivering great service daily.

Qualifications

• You are 21+ years old.
• You must have a valid G license.
• Clean driving history (3 years).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Positive and friendly attitude with good communication.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• LIFTING & LOADING customers' junk into the truck.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE to ensure client satisfaction.
• SALES & NEGOTIATION to close deals and boost daily bonus.
• RECYCLING & DONATION to dispose responsibly.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the world's largest junk removal service, and we are now actively seeking Full-time Truck Team Members who aren’t afraid of labor work, chatting with customers, and have the ability to drive our junk trucks. We provide all the training, of course!

We offer flexible scheduling ( We operate 7 days a week)

Pay:

• Team Average: $33-$35/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips) and take-home junk treasures
• Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a G valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
