1-800-GOT-JUNK? Edmonton is seeking dynamic Field Sales & Service Team members for SE Edmonton. You will begin each day at the local office, visit customer sites, and provide on-the-spot price estimates while delivering great service.

Expect performance-based earnings with a base wage, profit share, and potential bonuses as you grow sales skills and close more deals. Training, coaching, and rapid advancement are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 19+ years old (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience a plus).
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.

Base starting wage: $16/hr
Average total earnings: $20–$23+ /hr(inclusive of hourly + tips + performance bonuses!)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
• Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
• Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
• Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale
• Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
• Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
• Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude
