Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking physically fit team players to join our Truck Teams in Ontario. You’ll work full-time or part-time, starting 17–18 CAD per hour plus daily cash tips, with monthly bonuses and potential total pay around 25 CAD per hour including tips.

You’ll drive clean blue trucks, perform junk removal at customers’ homes, and uphold friendly, professional service seven days a week. Physical work and safety come first on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license (Class G).
• Safe, responsible driving record (past 3 years).
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Positive, friendly attitude and good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, or driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shift starts with a commercial vehicle inspection and morning safety meeting.
• Head out in our trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties to take away unwanted items while leaving smiles.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste management facilities.

Truck Team Member‐‐General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week. Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week.
• Starting pay:$17-$18/hour plus tips (cash tips daily ,card tips on every paycheck) and performance bonuses (paid monthly). Average Total pay has been $25/Hour with Tips and Bonuses.
• We offer co-pay benefits after 1st year.

About the position
