Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams. You will drive our blue trucks to customershomes, remove unwanted items, and ensure a friendly, safe experience for every visit.

We offer full- and part-time roles with shifts from 7:30 am to 3 pm, 7 days a week. Starting pay is $17/hour plus tips and monthly bonuses; total pay often averages around $25/hour with tips. Benefits begin after the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver1s license (Class 5 or better) and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Positive, friendly attitude and good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service, sales, or driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Each shift starts with a commercial vehicle inspection.
• Visit customershomes and properties to take away items while leaving smiles on their faces.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating and waste management facilities.

Truck Team Member – General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time. Shift start times can vary based on appointments booked ranging from 7:30 am to 3 pm and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week.
• Starting pay:$17/hour plus tips (cash tips daily ,card tips on every paycheck) and performance bonuses (paid monthly). Average Total pay has been $25/Hour with Tips and Bonuses.
• We offer co-pay benefits after 1st year.

About the position:

• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through various recycling, donating and waste management facilities

About you:

• Must be 21+ years of age for (for insurance purposes)
• A valid driver's license(Class 5 or better)
• A safe, responsible driver with a c lean driving record (past 3 years)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!
