Southwind, the Calgary franchise of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Leader to join our Field Sales & Service Team. You will start in SE Calgary and head out on routes with your team, delivering friendly first impressions and on-the-spot price estimates.

This role rewards performance with profit share and tips, with base pay of $16/hr plus earnings. Training, coaching, and opportunities for leadership are provided to help you grow a real career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team
• Arrive at customer locations and deliver aprofessional, friendly first impression

• Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly

What We're Looking For:

• 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid class 5 driver’s licensewith a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)
• Physically able to lift50+ lbs repeatedly
• Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
