Job summary

Enercare is seeking a UX design professional to translate requirements into clear, build-ready UI/UX designs. You will create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders in an agile team.

You will design mobile interfaces following established patterns, iterate quickly, and balance speed with quality while incorporating usability and accessibility considerations. A Co-Op or similar experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals enabling clear, intuitive experiences.
• Experience designing mobile apps with attention to usability and accessibility.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, build-ready designs.
• Comfortable in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• At least 6 months of UX design experience (Co-Op or equivalent).
• Nice to have exposure to design systems and AI-assisted design tools.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Translate requirements and workflows into clear, intuitive, and build-ready UI/UX designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Work hands-on within an agile product team, participating in sprint ceremonies and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Design mobile app interfaces following established design patterns and guidance from the Senior UX Designer.
• Iterate quickly to deliver practical, user-friendly solutions balancing speed with quality.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals with the ability to design clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with mobile app design and understanding of usability, accessibility, and modern UI patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, build-ready designs.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• At least 6 months of UX design experience, such as a Co-Op or equivalent assignment.
• Nice to have: exposure to design systems, familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, experience with operational or service-based workflows, and basic usability testing or feedback incorporation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage of $23.
