Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Structural Designer to join the Energy and Resources Design team, working on projects across North America and beyond with opportunities to grow technically.

Under supervision of a Senior Designer or Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and timely, on-budget project deliverables while advancing CAD/BIM skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Technical or College Course in Design/Drafting, or the ability to demonstrate sufficient knowledge received from previous experience in a similar position.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in engineering consulting or the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow Stantec Safety Culture and all Health and Safety rules for Stantec and clients.
• Perform modeling, drafting and structural design tasks for a wide variety of projects.
• Complete project deliverables on budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to produce quality design deliverables.
