You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to track activities, follow up on deliverables, analyze data, and generate KPIs and reports to keep projects on schedule and meeting quality standards. Bilingual English/French is required.

Job description

Insight Global is looking to bring on Junior Project Manager to support projects involving supplier control, quality, machining, and fabrication with an Aviation Company located in Longueil, QC. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and eager to grow their project management career.

The Junior Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to track project activities, follow up on deliverables, analyze data, generate KPIs and reports, and help ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and quality requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project coordination, project management, supplier management, quality, manufacturing, machining, or fabrication.


• Strong interest and motivation to learn, develop, and progress into a more senior project management role.


• Experience working with data, generating reports, and tracking KPIs or performance metrics.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Demonstrated ability to follow up effectively and manage multiple priorities.


• Comfortable working and making decisions collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.


• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.


• Experience in a manufacturing, machining, fabrication, quality, or supplier environment is considered a strong asset.


• Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $30/hr
