Insight Global is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support an Aviation Company in Longueuil, QC. This role suits someone with 2+ years of project coordination experience who is organized, analytical, proactive, and eager to grow in the PM field.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to track activities, follow up on deliverables, analyze data, and generate KPIs and reports to keep projects on schedule and meeting quality standards. Bilingual English/French is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination or management.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a senior PM role.
• Experience generating reports and tracking KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively.
• Collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and French.
