We're looking for a Junior Print and Digital Buyer to join our team at our Toronto office!

The Role :

The Junior Print and Digital Buyer who will be responsible for inputting vendor IOs into the system, clearing invoices for payment and be a liaison with the accounting team to ensure billing is properly prepared and deployed.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like :

• Inputting media contracts from suppliers
• Monitoring campaigns to ensure they are delivering in full and pacing to spend
• Clear invoice discrepancies when supplier invoice(s) does not match what is in the system
• Consult with planning team(s) if campaign budgets have been exceeded or have underperformed significantly
• Vendor and finance team contact for invoice discrepancies
• Some traditional media inputting (newspaper, outdoor, magazine, cinema)

What Makes You Stand Out :

• Great with numbers and spreadsheet management
• Knowledge and experience with Mediaocean and Google DCM an asset, but not a requirement
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel and good keyboarding skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing
• Ability to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
• A positive and adaptable approach to problem solving
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Possess attention to detail
• Accountability, professionalism, integrity

The Education and Experience You Bring :

• 0-1 years in media agency or related field would be an asset
• Previous experience working in media billing would be an asset
• Knowledge of the media industry and how an agency operates is an asset
