General Description

As an Operations Supervisor (Junior), you will oversee daily operations within our team, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of our drivers. Your responsibilities include conducting driver observations, leading safety meetings, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

You will ensure that safety, compliance, customer service, growth, sales, and financial targets are consistently met. Strong leadership, ethical decision-making, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple routes.
• Review route sheets to assess performance.
• Conduct operational audits of collection routes.
• Ensure drivers complete daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Plan and monitor employee schedules and route planning, maintaining communication until routes are completed.
• Conduct incident investigations, including scene management and reporting.
• Maintain Environmental Health and Safety programs, including training and reporting.
• Adhere to safety policies and MTO regulations.
