Qualifications

• Proven ability to work within SLAs and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for business services and client requests within SLA timelines.
• Support client onboarding and adoption activities with coordination and enablement.
• Execute IAM operational processes including user registration, enrolment, authentication, and security configuration support.
• Assist in onboarding communications and change initiatives for clients and partners.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Develop and maintain process docs, procedures, and operating materials.
• Support testing of new features and health validation in lower environments.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
