Job Overview:

The Junior MLS Compliance Manager (MCM) will support and maintain MLS vendor relationships, serving as the key contact for changes, compliance issues, and upgrades. Responsibilities include support via phone and email, maintaining relationships across business units, and ensuring compliance with MLS agreements. The role requires high organization and multitasking skills under pressure.

US / Canada

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of MLS data with vendors and boards.
• Maintain detailed subscriber lists and update CRM regularly.
• Produce reports and statistics for management.
• Keep detailed case notes of interactions.
• Review and negotiate vendor agreements.
• Ensure products meet vendor requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve compliance issues.
• Identify and escalate potential issues with recommendations.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GitHub, SQL basics, REST APIs, Command Line.
• Ability to read and edit simple HTML documents.
• Customer service experience, face-to-face or via phone.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to build rapport with vendors.
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range (US): $48,000 - $72,000/year.
