Job summary

Iconic Power Systems in Mississauga is seeking a Junior IT Support Partner to optimize our IT environment and support the team. You will handle deskside, server and Azure issues, assist end users, and document processes to improve efficiency.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will participate in patching, asset and license management, and IT improvements within a fast-growing organization that values safety, teamwork, and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or higher.
• 1–2 years of desktop/server and Azure experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and Azure.
• Must have a Class 5 Driver's License.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside, server and Azure support as needed.
• Lead account setup and equipment provisioning for new users.
• Assist with Asset management and license management.
• Perform Monthly Patch, SLA, and Cybersecurity auditing and reporting.
