What you bring
  • 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role; internships and co-op experience count.
  • Basic familiarity with macOS and Windows, core networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, VPNs and printers, and the ability to learn new enterprise tools quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to support employees clearly and professionally.

  • The ability to manage helpdesk priorities, stay organized, document work accurately, and deliver reliable support in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a positive, inclusive IT and employee support experience.
  • Experience creating clear, user friendly documentation and how-to guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
