How You’ll Contribute

You’ll be at the front line of our growth—being a part of the connections we build with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.

Role

As a junior graphic designer, you will support the design, production, and delivery of high-quality print, digital, and AV assets across multiple brands and events, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines. In this role, you will:

• Create and adapt templates for various formats and platforms
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use
• Update website, signage and social media graphics as needed
• Organize internal Libraries, signage templates and project folders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Incorporate feedback to refine and polish creative outputs
• Staying current on brand updates, project timelines and event calendars
  
  

What Sets You Up For Success

You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, with up to 2 years of professional or freelance experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in layout, typography, and branding fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of preparing files for print and digital output
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
• Willingness to learn, take direction and work in a collaborative team effort
• Bonus: Experience with email design tools, CMS platforms, or social media graphics
