THE ROLE
You’ll design visuals across digital, print, social, and in-store formats, supporting both RunAsYouAre and RunReady. Working under the direction of the Brand Director, you’ll help bring ideas to life with clarity and consistency across everyday design needs and seasonal campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to turn strategy into execution, creating assets that support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand storytelling. You’ll also collaborate with tech, health, and retail teams to ensure that design is implemented cleanly across all platforms, from landing pages to in-store signage. You’ll be responsible for preparing production-ready files and coordinating with vendors to make sure final assets are delivered accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design
Help bring our brand to life visually across every touchpoint.
- 3–5+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in a brand, retail, or lifestyle setting
- Design brand and marketing materials across a wide range of formats, including social media graphics, email newsletters, web banners, landing pages, printed collateral, in-store signage, and point-of-purchase displays
- Take creative briefs and translate them into design that supports campaigns and stays aligned with brand goals across all touchpoints
- Prepare production-ready files for print vendors, digital use, in-store installations, and handoff to developers
- Build out scalable design systems, and editable Canva templates that are easy for internal teams to use and stay on brand
- Strong ability to work within brand guidelines and evolve when needed
- Strong foundation in typography, grid-based layout, and editorial design
- Occasionally support early creative development and art direction, including ideating, moodboarding, sourcing visual references, and building internal presentation decks
- Ability to present your concept and design ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders when needed
- Collaborate with the marketing, production, tech, health, and retail teams to ensure designs are implemented properly across digital and physical channels
- Design digital layouts when needed, including email templates, landing pages, digital screens, and simple UI components
- Adapt your design approach based on which brand you're working on RunAsYouAre (retail and community-focused) or RunReady (health and performance-focused) so each shows up clearly and consistently
- Bonus if you have light skills in motion design, video editing, or photography

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a brand, retail, action sports, or lifestyle.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), with regular use of Figma/Miro, Canva, and Klaviyo.
- Experience designing across multiple channels, including print, digital, email, and social.
- Understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and campaign execution.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage timelines, juggle competing priorities, and follow through.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, and tech.
- Bonus if you have light skills in motion design, video editing, or photography.
- A passion for design and a drive to create high-quality work that supports people experiencing running in a clear, accessible, and welcoming way.
