Essential Job Duties:

• Prepare reports to assess corporate performance (Daily Doc, NVI, KPI)
• Conduct daily & monthly account reconciliations
• Process monthly journal entries
• Assist with month-end closing
• Support internal and external audits
• Back-up the green sheet process for cheques and cheque scanning
• Log all cheques
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
• Complete other financial projects as assigned

Skills / Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Enrolled in or planning to enroll in the CPA program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and/or OneStream is a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and concepts

Pay:

We offer competitive wages, starting at approximately $50,650 to $73,445 CAD annually, based on skills, experience, education, and location. Compensation includes base pay earnings.
