Paul Davis seeks a motivated Junior Estimator/Project Manager Assistant to support our restoration team. You’ll help with estimates, documentation, scheduling, site measurements, and client communications, collaborating closely with experienced estimators and project managers.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to Xactimate and common project-management software, and a clear path into estimator or project manager positions, with potential vehicle reimbursement where

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Project Manager Assistant to support our restoration team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in construction, restoration, or project management. You will work closely with experienced estimators and project managers, assisting with job documentation, estimating, coordination, and client communication.
