Job summary

OERP Canada is hiring a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to join our Toronto team. You will work onsite, helping clients implement and optimize Odoo ERP systems while collaborating with experienced professionals.

This role offers hands-on learning, opportunities for growth, and direct impact on clients’ operations. You will engage with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-users throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent knowledge and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in IT systems; proven IT system implementation.
• At least 1 year of hands-on functional experience with Odoo ERP and related troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to review current operations and pain points.
• Gather requirements and translate into Odoo solutions.
• Map business processes to Odoo standard functionality and optimize where possible.
• Design, document, and test new Odoo solutions; assist with full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Provide training and support to end-users; contribute to pre-sales activities when needed.
