A busy ICI Electrical Contractor in Mississauga area is looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator or Junior Electrical Project Manager to be mentored into project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of electrical contracting.

Requirements:

-One of more of the following is required, electrical engineering degree or experience as an electrician

-Proven experience in the electrical industry.

-Proficiency in using MS Office Products

-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Familiarity with Accubid, Procore and Jonas software is a plus. This contactor is willing to train if needed.

Duties:

- Help manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

- Assist with developing project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

-Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay aligned with goals.

-Conduct quality management assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.

-Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, presenting updates on project milestones and challenges.

-Learn to control and monitor all financial aspects of the projects.

-Facilitate meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
