Job summary

Method is seeking a Junior Solutions Specialist in Toronto to implement, customize, and integrate Method CRM for clients. You will deliver training sessions and act as a dedicated consultant to customers, translating business needs into technical designs.

The role emphasizes CRM experience, SQL familiarity, strong communication, and a collaborative, fast-paced team culture. Hybrid work with a downtown Toronto presence is offered along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education as listed preferred.
Experience in CRM and SQL is preferred.
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills with a strong phone presence.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong technical aptitude and quick learner.
Proven problem solving and critical thinking to meet customer needs.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, able to multitask and prioritize.
Entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in French or Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements to understand a customer’s business and scope.
Translate requirements into designs, data models and technical requirements.
Scope, design, develop, test and refine customized Method CRM solutions.
Monitor and manage a project’s hour allocations, scope, and schedule.
Be a trusted advisor to the customer and map end-to-end processes for growth.
Provide feedback to improve product development.
