Job summary

Architecture49 Inc. is seeking a site-focused role to coordinate field activities across Atlantic Canada. You will travel to project sites, oversee QA on drawings, and contribute to reports with a multi-disciplinary team.

The incumbent will support shop drawing activities, RFIs, and contract changes, while ensuring code compliance and constructability from initial to final stages. The right candidate brings 1–5 years in construction, knowledge of NS practices, and BIM tools familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects
• Strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Nova Scotia construction practices
• Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 – 88,400

MB & ON: $60,900 – 83,800

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $60,300 – 80,000

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
