Position Title: Junior Client Care Advisor

Position Type: Part-Time With Opportunity For Full-Time

Location: Calgary AB

Schedule: *Recommended* 4 hours/day, 6 days/week

• Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay Structure: $15/Hour + Commission | $150-$250 per closed client

Appointment must be booked & attended. Commission is received after 1st payment from client

Role Overview

Avalon Construction is seeking highly motivated and personable Client Care Advisors to connect with homeowners in areas impacted by hail or storm damage. You'll be the first point of contact, educating homeowners about our processes and helping schedule appointments for our Senior Advisors. This position begins with a 2 week qualifying period, if expectations are met or exceeded, you could have the opportunity to become a Senior Client Care Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners door-to-door in recently affected storm or hail-damage neighborhoods.
• Clearly explain our consultation and restoration services.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Client Care Specialists.
• Distribute flyers throughout neighborhoods.
• Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using our door knocking app.
• Take photos of residents' homes.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to meet goals.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
• Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, or insurance restoration is an asset. (Not Required)
