CertaPro Painters of Calgary & Central Alberta is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Associate to join our team in Calgary. You will meet with potential clients, manage painting projects, and drive new business to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and a proactive drive to achieve sales goals. Training, advancement opportunities, and a competitive compensation package are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieving sales goals.
• Build customer relationships by focusing on implementing CertaPro Painters proven processes.
• Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and building customers for life.
• Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to provide customized proposals, both on site and remotely.
• Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote our brand through community events and marketing tactics.
• Attend regional or national training conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Prepare weekly analysis of results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with coach.
