Bramgate Automotive Inc. in Mississauga (Audi Mississauga Airport) seeks a motivated Junior Service Advisor to support service and repair inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist customers with service options.

You'll work closely with technicians, use Reynolds and Reynolds software, and deliver easy, efficient, and enjoyable interactions as part of a premium brand experience.

Competitive pay range of CAD 45,000–55,000 per year with bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or post-secondary courses.
• Customer service experience, preferably in automotive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
• Provide information on services and scheduling.
• Assist with warranties and service orders.
• Communicate cost estimates and obtain authorization.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop foreman on work orders.
• Maintain customer follow-up and service records.
