Job summary

Bramgate Automotive Inc. is seeking a part-time Concierge/Receptionist at Audi Mississauga Airport location. You will provide receptionist duties, greet guests, handle calls and emails, and support the Sales and Service teams to deliver premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of direct work experience as a Receptionist/Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails, greet guests and support customers with all needs.
• Schedule appointments and liaise with Service and Sales teams for guest experiences.
• Direct customers to relevant departments (Parts, Service, Sales).
• Maintain filing systems and basic database.
• Attend daily Sales team meetings and coordinate with BDC for e-leads or appointments.
• Record showroom traffic and assign walk-in customers to Sales staff.
