Qualifikationen

• Accounting background or practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable.
• Hands-on Sage software experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable: manage invoicing, cash application, payments, and customer accounts.
• Collections and aging management: follow up on overdue balances and inquiries.
• Accounts Payable backup: assist with invoice entry and vendor inquiries as needed.
