Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update ledgers as needed.
• Prepare and file GST/PST returns and assist with tax documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and support the preparation of financial reports.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role (internships included).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
