Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The Junior Accountant will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting senior staff in managing day-to-day accounting and finance functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about accounting and looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Tasks:

• General Accounting: Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and working papers for financial review by senior management.
• Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection and payment of accounts.
• Reconciliation: Assist in monthly bank and account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy.
• Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions into SAP, maintaining data integrity.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Expense Management: Monitor and report on company expenses; prepare expense reports as needed.
• Tax Compliance: Support tax-related tasks, including filings and audits.
• Audit Support: Provide documentation and data for internal and external audits.
• Document Management: Maintain organized financial records per company policies.
• Other Tasks: Collaborate with other finance teams to support daily accounting and finance activities.

Requirements:

• Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; CPA or similar qualification is a plus.
• Education: Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3-7 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
