Naboo, a European leader in MICE procurement, is seeking a role based in Canada with hybrid work in Montreal. You’ll manage client relations, negotiate with service providers, and contribute to evolving Naboo’s processes and product features while recruiting and training new joiners.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
• Conduct negotiations with service providers
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
• Participate to the development of processes, tools and product features
• Recruit and train new joiners
