Qualifications

Job description

Position : Junior Account Manager Location : Dorval – hybrid 3 days in office

Salary : $50K to $55K + bonus / benefits

A very well-established international company is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their dynamic team managing important client accounts in the Industrial and Food Services sectors such as food manufacturers, restaurants and related.

In this role, you will be supporting the sales team, working with suppliers and customers to ensure order management and overall excellence in customer experience.They are offering a competitive base salary, an attractive bonus plan, full benefits 100% paid by employer, hybrid working schedule with opportunity for long-term growth working for a dynamic industry leader!

Summary of the role :

  • Working in partnership with major business clients
  • Being the primary contact on systems
  • Participating in product information and costing
  • Managing projects as related to products and working with the account
  • Providing support to the client on all matters related to product, delivery, quality, etc.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain department on forecasting demand planning
  • Performing additional responsibilities as related to account management

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of experience managing client accounts
  • Experience in a B2B environment – a strong asset for this role
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills to support client accounts in the USA
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a strong asset
  • Very good interpersonal skills, ability to be resourceful in problem-solving, react quickly and find solutions, demonstrate effective communication to build and strengthen client relationships
