Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support aerospace supplier projects in Longueuil, QC. The role targets professionals with 2+ years of experience who are highly organized, analytical, proactive, and eager to grow in project management.

You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to track activities, follow up on deliverables, analyze data, generate KPIs/reports, and help ensure projects progress on schedule and meet quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination/management, supplier management, quality, manufacturing, machining, or fabrication.
• Strong interest and motivation to learn, develop, and progress into a more senior project management role.
• Experience working with data, generating reports, and tracking KPIs or performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow up effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with stakeholders and teams across functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, quality, or supplier environments is an asset.
