Job summary

TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking an Application Architect/Lead Developer for a 12-month contract in Toronto/Ontario. The role is hybrid (2 days on site, 3 days remote) and requires strong architectural delivery and leadership capabilities.

You will define solution sets, present to stakeholders, and collaborate with business teams to drive architecture decisions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as an architect or senior lead developer, excellent communication skills, and proficiency

• 2+ years as IT Architect or 4+ years as Lead Developer
• Experience defining solutions from requirements
• Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Experience presenting to large groups in person or virtually (50+ people)

• 4.) Experience presenting to large groups of people in person or virtually (50 people)
• 5.) Jira and Confluence experience
