Job summary

The role actively involves supporting architecture for Amazon Connect and AI-driven solutions. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, develop architecture documentation, and present technical solutions to large groups while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with regulatory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Architect or 4+ years of lead developer experience.
• Proven ability to define and deliver technical solutions from requirements.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to large groups (50+ people).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Effective team collaboration and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with a sense of urgency.

Are you an experienced Application Architect looking for your next challenge?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Application Architect/Contact Center/Amazon Connect. This position involves providing architecture support for contact center solutions, migration design, and AI integration within a highly regulated environment. The role offers opportunities to work with industry-standard platforms, develop key solutions, and contribute to critical projects in a dynamic setting.
Pay rate range (CAD): $58.41/hr – $70.09/hr

Responsibilities

• Design and define IT solution sets based on business requirements for contact center projects.
• Provide architecture overviews and technical guidance for migration and AI implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical alignment and project success.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation using MS Office and Visio.
