Job summary

BeachHead is seeking an experienced Application Architect to support contact center projects including migrations and AI integration for a highly regulated financial client. The role focuses on designing IT solution sets and providing architecture guidance for migrations using Amazon Connect.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, develop architecture documentation in MS Office and Visio, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Architect or 4+ years of lead developer experience.
• Proven ability to define and deliver technical solutions from requirements.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to large groups (50+ people).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Effective team collaboration and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with a sense of urgency.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Application Architect/Contact Center/Amazon Connect. This position involves providing architecture support for contact center solutions, migration design, and AI integration within a highly regulated environment. The role offers opportunities to work with industry-standard platforms, develop key solutions, and contribute to critical projects in a dynamic setting.

Pay rate range (CAD): $58.41/hr – $70.09/hr
