Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwright to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and systems at our Calgary, Alberta operations.

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency, and install, align, and dismantle machinery as needed. You will collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to support plant reliability, and maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in millwright work.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Journeyperson Millwright certification (or equivalent recognized credential).

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
