Fountain Tire Leduc is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a safe, friendly shop environment. This full-time role offers competitive wages and advancement opportunities.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, advise customers on repairs, and ensure high standards of quality and customer care. Relocation and benefits may be available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry.
• A diagnostic specialist that keeps up with modern technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle.
• Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Completing approved service on customer vehicles.
• Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications.
• Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
• Advising customers and associates on work performed and future repair requirements.
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regular basis.
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner.
• Supporting customer relationships by responding to inquiries.

You will get to:

What does it take to get on track?

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
• A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology
• The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
