Fountain Tire Leduc is seeking a responsible Automotive Tire Technician to join our team. You will install, balance, rotate tires and repair wheels, while maintaining TPMS systems and equipment in a clean, safe environment.

We offer competitive wages ($18 to $25 per hour based on experience), health, dental, and vision benefits with RRSP matching, plus training and opportunities for advancement. Regular full-time day shifts with overtime during busy seasons.

Qualificações

• Applicants with tire/automotive experience preferred, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
• A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires and wheels is an asset.
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members and customers.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to lift 25 kilograms as required.

Responsabilidades

• Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels.
• Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).
• Maintaining tire service equipment on a regular schedule.
• Completing specialty tire work such as studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.

Fountain Tire Leduc, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as an Automotive Tire Technician!

You will be responsible for:

• Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
• Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
• Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Completing specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
• The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe

What does it take to get on track?

• Applicants with previous tire/automotive experience preferred, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude
• A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
• A keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
