Job summary

PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Structural Ironworkers for the Dow F2S Cracker Separation civil project near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The roles require industrial ironworking experience and membership with Ironworkers Local 720.

Work is on-site at Mod Yard with day shifts, 4-10s and 8 hours on Friday; overtime possible Saturday. Compensation aligns with the collective agreement: Journeyperson $53.80/hr, 3rd year $48.42/hr, 2nd year $40.35/hr, plus

Qualifications

• Registered Ironworker Apprentice or Journeyperson Ironworker (Structural).
• CSTS 09 or 2020 Fundamentals.
• ESC Fall Protection.
• ESC Elevated Work Platform.
• Experience with structural steel erection in industrial and modular construction.
• Strong lifting, rigging, and hoisting procedures knowledge.
• Willing to affiliate with Ironworkers Local 720.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Climb and work at elevations, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Site: Mod Yard, Day Shift with 4-10 hour days and 8 hours on Friday; overtime possible Saturday.

PCL Industrial is seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Structural Ironworkers with industrial experience for the Dow F2S Cracker Separation Civil Project located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Requirements

• Registered Ironworker Apprentice or Journeyperson Ironworker (Structural)
• CSTS 09 or 2020 Fundamental
• ESC Fall Protection
• ESC Elevated Work Platform
• Experience with structural steel erection in industrial, and modular construction
• Strong understanding of lifting, rigging, and hoisting procedures
• Must be willing to be affiliated with the Ironworkers Local 720

Work Conditions & Remuneration

• Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions
• Candidates MUST be qualified for and physically able to meet the call-out. You are required to climb and work at elevations, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• On Site - Mod Yard
• Day Shift
• 4-10 & 8hrs on Friday, with optional overtime Saturday

• No pre-access alcohol and drug test required
• Candidates must be eligible for hire/rehire with the PCL Family of Companies

Compensation

As per the Collective Agreement and the PLA Division 8 Agreement
