Job summary

FLINT Corp. is hiring Iron Workers and Pipefitters for the Fort McMurray Capital Project. You will join a safety‑driven team delivering critical construction, piping, and structural installs on a major oil and gas site.

Work 11‑hour days on a 14/7 rotation with camp accommodations and flights from Edmonton/Calgary. In‑person attendance is required, with mandatory safety tickets and a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson or apprenticeship trade certificate required.
• Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction preferred.
• Mandatory safety tickets: Common Safety Orientation, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform.
• No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the ticket requirements.
• Welders must provide CWB and B-Pressure tickets.
• Physically capable for demanding tasks; reliable transportation; valid driver’s license with under 6 demerits.

Responsibilities

• Construct, Exchangers, Tie-ins, Bolt-up/Welding, Piping, Structural installations.
• Work 14/7 rotation with 11-hour days and OT after 8 hours.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on-site.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete complex assemblies on schedule.

• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
