Griffin Wheel Company - Winnipeg is seeking an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) with Red Seal to join our Winnipeg maintenance team. You will perform skilled repairs on freight and diesel engine wheels for railroad applications, emphasizing safety and quality, in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate holds a Journeyman Industrial Mechanic ticket with 3+ years in hydraulics/pneumatics/conveyor systems, and participates in a shift schedule including evenings and nights, with a $0.50

Qualifications

The Qualifications

We currently have openings for individuals with a valid Journeyman Industrial Mechanic ticket. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of industrial experience with emphasis on hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors systems.

Amsted offers a competitive compensation package including a shift premium of $0.50 per hour, paid group benefits, fitness credits and a pension.

Evening and nights

Double time paid for Saturday and Sunday
